“I think it is also about social interact everybody know everyone so there is a community. Even when you go to other gym that have classes. You don’t know anybody, and you are just by yourself and every class you do is a different set of people, it is just different when you go to a community gym, and it is something that you will look forward to. You will also feel bad if you miss a session because your friends are there.”

“At bespoke, I am here for my friend, I know everybody by name, I know who is going where, we even go to the coach house for dinner on Sundays. I mean all gym are a business, so if I am going to put my money somewhere else, I might as well put it where it has the most value add to my life.”

The ‘Church of Fitness’ - where everyone knows your name.

Makan sessions, outings and trips to Cambodia. The most recent trip involved bringing 100kg of donated items courtesy of generous tribe members. They were used to bless impoverished villagers.

Head Coach Yan lived in Phnom Pehn for 3 years. She was a fulltime humanitarian working with disadvantaged slum kids. Yan speaks, reads and writes Khmer. So visiting Cambodia with her is like going with a local. She was KF Seetoh’s (Makan Sutra) food guide.
